Virtual Race Option
Want to participate in the Bay Bridge Run virtually in 2023?
If you are unable to join us live on November 12, YOU CAN STILL earn your race SWAG, including the third of your 5-piece puzzle medal!
With the overwhelming response to last year's event we have decided to offer a virtual option again this year. Participants can run the 6.2 miles on their own. ANYTIME, ANYWHERE!
VIRTUAL PACKETS WILL BE MAILED AFTER THE IN-PERSON RACE (Nov. 12th)
You may use whatever timing and distance tracking method/app that you chose. You are not required to submit your time, however if you want your time posted online, you must submit your time on Run Sign Up by December 1. Regardless of whether or not you submit your time, you will get your premium and medal in the mail. The target ship date is December 1. The shipping costs are built into the entry fee so there is no additional charges.
DOWNGRADE FROM LIVE TO VIRTUAL - OCT. 26 DEADLINE
- If you are currently registered to participate LIVE and are no longer able to run with us, follow the steps below and you can downgrade to the VIRTUAL event without paying any additional fees. The Deadline to downgrade is Oct. 26. We will ship your medal and race shirt with the rest of the virtual packets in late November.
- If you had your race packet mailed to you already and you want to downgrade to the virtual event, follow the steps below and we will just ship your medal with the rest of the virtual packets in late November with no additional shipping fees.
- To downgrade to the Virtual Event follow these steps: Log into RunSignup, navigating to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer Event. [LEARN MORE]
- IF YOU ARE DOWNGRADING TO THE VIRTUAL RACE DO NOT SHOW UP TO CLAIM YOUR PACKET AT THE EXPO. ALL VIRTUAL PACKETS WILL BE SHIPPED.
